ASCO was founded in the year 1987, originating from ARDA HELLAS E. Kaltapanidis & Co Limited Partnership and the private enterprise of Paris Semertzidis. ARDA HELLAS started in the year 1982 processing imported grating panels from Germany, mainly for floors

The participation of ASCO  in almost all major projects,  industrial, construction and road construction projects, as well as  a constant investment activity gave to the company the ability to have a vertically organized production with significant improvement in productivity and quality.

Since 1997 ASCO products are certified with ISO 9001(IQNET-ELOT)

ASCO VIDAK (Serbia) was founded in 2005 and started to operate beginning of 2006. It  took over the factory and the assets of "Milan Vidak", a well-known producer of wire and wire products, with an experience of over 50 years in the field. ASCO VIDAK belongs 100 % to ASCO and produces wires and wire products, but also industrialized gratings and metal constructions.
